Do You Want to Find Out More About the

McKenzie Method?

The McKenzie Method — Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy® a philosophy of active patient involvement and education that is trusted and used by practitioners and patients all over the world for back, neck and extremity problems.

Dear Sandra,

I want to take this opportunity to say a big thank you for helping me take control of my pain.

I have been a back pain sufferer for 31 years and this year the pain has been at its worst. So much so that I have wanted my leg amputated hoping for some relief. Instead I found your website and I'm so glad I did. My pain was virtually eliminated within minutes if doing one of the exercises.

I have continued with the exercises and I feel that I now know what I can do to help myself if and when the pain comes back. I wish I had known about the McKenzie Method years ago so that I did not have to suffer this much pain. Once again thank you so much.  You have given my life back.

Yours sincerely

Fran Bishop, Campsie Sydney NSW Australia
