ATA...Physiotherapy that Empowers! Stanmore - Inner West Sydney

Are You Looking for Pilates in Sydney or Are Suffering From Chronic Back Pain and Want to Build Your Core Muscles & Get Back in Shape?

Hi There. My name is Sandra McFaul - physiotherapist with over 15 years experience helping people like you who suffer with back and neck pain.

Are you suffering from chronic and recurrent back pain?   Have you had treatment from lots of other but the pain returns.  Have you been thinking about pilates and you live here in Sydney and are looking for a class?

I guess you have been told that you have poor core muslces and your want to strengthen that up.  You have heard about pilates.  Maybe friends or family memebers have done it.  But aren't you really interested in getting rid of your pain in the quickest and most effective way? Wouldn't it be nice if you could do something at home yourself.  One exercise that is simple, takes less than a minute and it gives your immediate relief.

Well, that is what the McKenzie Method of Physiotherapy can do for you.  You don't have to enroll in pilates to get rid of your back pain.  Now don't get me wrong, pilates is certainly a good way to improve your strength, tone and flexibility, but aren't you looking for relief from your pain without haven't to go to a 10 week pilates course.

Have a look around my site - read the stories of people that I have helped.  Then give me a call to answer any other questions you have. I look forward to helping you get rid of back pain without pilates.
